This gift voucher features a unique voucher number, may only be redeemed once and not partially redeemed, may not be exchanged for cash, replaced if lost and is non-transferable or refundable. Advance bookings are required (subject to availability) quoting the voucher number, which must be presented upon arrival. Cancellation of a booking might render the voucher null and void. Gift vouchers are only redeemable after 72 hours of purchase. For dining experiences, a supplement may be required for dates including, but not limited to, Easter, Valentine's Day, Mother's Day and the festive season (mid-November to early January) and blackout dates may apply.
